Dear Queen these are the foods we have to offer you:

We have any sort of meat that ranges from cattle, pig, sheep, chicken, turkey and duck.

In our vegetable and fruit part of the farm we have:
Carrots Potatoes lettuce cabbage brussel sprouts
swede onion chilli capsicum apple
lemon lime orange cherry strawberry

In our winery.
We have one of the finest vineyards in all the land with wines that age from more than 50 years ago. We have white, red, sherry and port anything you could possibly want we have it.

If we dont have something you want we will stop at nothing to get it for you my queen.

Hi there it’s peasant Emma,
I’m going to tell you a bit about what vegetables i grow and what animals i look after on the farm.

Firstly I’m going to list what type of vegetables and meats i have to grow on the farm.  
Lettuce, spinach, cabbage, carrots, turnips, broccoli, celery, onions, beans
and herbs. Some gardens also contain apple and pear trees and also berry’s. Also pork, lamb, various poultry like chickens and geese, veal and venison.

Animals i have to look after on the farm;
Sheep, Cows. Pigs, Geese and Chickens.

Due to your upcoming visit in early December, my men have planned many strategies for many different situations that may harm you like an attack from a neighbouring village.

We have made several hidden safe rooms inside the castle and have set up artillery and ambush positions around the castle not to mention our heavily fortified castle walls containing our new massive and extremely accurate artillery.

So when you visit my Queen there will be no worries we have the best soldiers and the best weapons money can buy.

My men have also been training with long bows, swords, axes and maces recently and have made great progress in many different training runs.

I have also made my men hike into the mountains and stay a few nights which will divide the strong from the weak which ultimately will lead to picking the best guards for you my lord.

Warning to all villagers their is a man wanted for the killing of many slaves.

He was a former Guard so he is well trained to kill so be careful, their will be a poster of him released soon on him BEWARE!

Recently our castle has been under attack, mainly because Sean and Jeremy have not been making us look strong enough so a village from a far away king called Chin-ia has tried to take us over by sending 3 of their top samurai’s to try to take down our Lord Mitchell, Luckely Guard seam and I were guarding the castle door while Peasent Emma came and told us there were intruders.

So I sent Sean to get Jeremy and the battle was on.

Jeremy was injured and his finger was chopped off in battle but he survived luckily.

Shows them not to mess with us.

Knight Jack.

My Village has been doing a good job keeping peace by doing the jobs and dutys for the village. Theres had to be a couple of executions but other than that its Great. The Peasents have been supplying the foods and chef Emma has been making some tasty meals. Knight jack has saved my life a fair share of times like just the other day at the public appearance when a crazed peasent approached me, he was later hung.

I have created a training run for some of the new castle guards. It will be placed outside the guard houses and will be watched by my veterans in sorrounding guard tower who will pick the best men for the best jobs to protect you my lord.

Also my men are now practising flanking and suppresing the enemys with bows and ambushing which will allow us to succeed greater in battle and be the best fighters in all the land and the best possible protection for you my lord.

For your feast of course I would only provide you the best herbs and meat. Of course I would not include anything from the ground that is only for those poor people. I will provide you with onions, olives, tomatoes and for your meat I will be providing pork, lamb, various poultry like chickens and geese, veal and venison.

I keep my animals in my barns when it is cold or wet but most of the time I find it better to keep them outside so they can eat and sleep when they like.

I’m Jack the Knight.

Well recently I was in a joust.

I was challenged by a Knight from another village who was out to challenge the best of the best.

So he decided to challenge me, Well he got what was coming to him when he decided to mess with my village.
